Hi, my name is Christopher Weilandich, DC, LAT. This website has been a dream in the making since I started my Doctorate of Chiropractic program at Logan University back in 2017. I am a Chiropractic Physician in the wonderful state of Missouri, and I am super excited to finally get Project Chiro off the ground.

A little about me. Helping people become healthier, better, faster, stronger, and reach their optimal potential has always been one of my greatest passions. With this passion in mind, I completed my undergraduate studies at Lindenwood University where I majored in Athletic Training and Exercise Science, with a minor in Psychology. After graduating I worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at a local high school where I got to further my passion for helping clients overcome and prevent injuries. I got to work with team coaches and strength and conditioning coaches to develop training programs to help our teams perform at their peak potential while working to prevent injury.

This was a great job and I loved every second of it. I couldn’t get enough, helping clients get back to what they love was icing on the cake. However, I always felt as though there was something more, I could be doing to help more people. So, I did a lot of research into other professions and even higher education. When I first told family and close friends that I was considering going back to school, most of them thought I had gone mad. But seeing my passion for helping others, they were all incredibly supportive, nonetheless. I honestly could not thank my parents and my wife enough for helping me to work through the planning and logistics of it all.

So, I started my search. I investigated all possible options available to me. I investigated Physical Therapy and Physician’s Assistant, even a Medical Doctor and Doctor of Osteopathy (we’ll discuss all of these options in the future), plus more! But none of these really piqued my interest nor lined up with my own philosophy of a holistic approach to healthcare, or how to help future clients. So, the search continued. One day I was sitting in my Athletic Training Room before school let out , waiting for the hopefully controlled chaos to begin, and I was pondering over what profession to look into next. I knew I wanted to stay in the healthcare/medical field, but nothing was lining up.

Then I remember back to my childhood. I was quite an active child, and rather prone to getting myself into trouble that most often culminated in bumps, bruises, and sometimes a trip to the doctor’s office. The doctor of choice was, more often than not, an amazing Chiropractic Physician. This was a huge light-bulb moment! I started looking into Chiropractic: what all they can do, how they treat clients, how they help people, and what their philosophy on healthcare is. The more I researched Chiropractic, the more excited I got about this option! Almost everything was lining up with my outlook on client care. It was amazing! And even better, one of the best chiropractic schools in the country is only a few minutes away!

So my search came to an end, and I was all in. I started my Chiropractic adventure in 2017. The education was grueling. The hours spent in classes were long and the many nights spent up late studying were exhausting. I don’t know how my wife dealt with me through it all, but she is amazing and stuck it out with me.

Now the in-class education is over and the real world begins. It’s a new chapter and I’m so excited to share the journey to the peak of healthcare with all of you!

Dr. Chris is a caring and skilled Chiropractor. He really listened to me as I explained my symptoms. He addressed all of them very thoroughly. He is also taking steps to address my hypersensitive issues. All in all I give Dr. Chris two thumbs up!

I’ve been seeing Dr Chris for several weeks now, and he is FANTASTIC…Definitely listens to what your concerns are and has truly helped me. The whole facility is amazing, as are the ladies up front who help with any therapy you receive. I highly recommend a visit for your health.

Dr. Chris has been SUPER effective with target areas that have been chronically problematic for me. He listens, adjust, educates, and gives the ideal stretches so that I can enjoy a pain free day! He takes his time— and that quality is important to me. I am not only doing SO much better, I actually understand what was causing the pain and how to prevent it in the future. He is kind, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend him! You will NOT be disappointed.

Great experience! Dr Chris does an incredible job, very thorough and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. If something doesn’t seem to help he is always looking for other ways to tackle the problem. Highly recommend if needing chiropractic help.

I saw Dr. Chris regularly for prenatal chiropractic care towards the end of my second and throughout my third trimester - his adjustments helped keep me comfortable while remaining active in late pregnancy. He’s been a lifesaver postpartum, as well; tight/achy muscles from holding and caring for an infant have been so much more manageable with regular adjustments. I always leave his office feeling way better than when I came in. I can’t recommend him enough!

When I first came in by back was acting up horribly from an injury years ago. Dr. Chris recognized that he needed to take a different approach with me because of the previous injury and in a period of a couple of weeks I went from walking with a cane back to normal for me. Now we are working to help with some of the issues from 28 years of firefighting and abuse that my body has been thru. He is much more than a bone cracker which is the only thing many chiropractors know. He has really educated himself on how the body works.

I usually don’t write reviews. But I found Dr. Christopher Weilandich! He treated my neck, shoulder and upper back pain, and my symptoms were much alleviated after 1st treatments and I’m already on my way to recovery after 4 treatments. It’s just amazing that my 2 years of struggling with the pain was taken care of in 2 weeks! He is a gem! I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends.
